Windows Phone does not support flash. Neither Microsoft or Adobe has any plans to enable it.

Because the "Trident" engine for WP doesn't support flash. It very well may support it in WP 8.1 since windows rt does.

Unfortunately Puffin only supports Android & IOS. Everything is going mobile, but the only thing I do with Facebook is play games (that require FLASH!!). So while I kind of always wanted a windows phone, that keeps me away from it. Still considering getting a Lumia Icon, but if I do it'll only be for a year until the Iphone 6 (5.5" screen) is available upon my contract expiration. And with that new Iphone, Puffin will be the first thing I download to it!!!!!

Flash isn't supported anymore because it takes a lot of resources and battery to run it as well. HTML5 is supposed to provide the service of flash and much more in the future. Hopefully all sites migrate to HTML5 soon.
