Just reconnecting with tech troubleshooters of Blu Win Jr LTE windows Phones here. Mine's been with me since circa 2015ish, if I remember correctly, and has seen upgrades from Windows Phone 8.1 to GDR2 to Windows Mobile 10 and back.
Recently, the Blu Win Jr. LTE red glow to indicate charging and green to indicate full charge stopped glowing,with the result the phone is stuck in bootloops with the Blu Windows Phone splash screen , restarting endlessly while plugged into a charger and briefly for less than a minute when unplugged from a charger. I've tried software resets, hard volume down + power button resets with exclamation mark, volume up and power to flash using Windows Device Recovery Tool using the internet archive version 3.17 which the internet archive website claims has an offline flasher. Unfortunately the Windows Device Recovery Tool stays stuck at reading device information and no device is ever detected. I still have the original FFU that WDRT downloaded from 2019 something and I used the XDA forums FFU tool to flash the Blu Win jr.lte FFU but the bootloops behaviours persists. The BDS UEFI menu is able to detect the NV partitions so the OS does seem to be on board but the first sign of trouble is the red led not glowing. This Blu phone battery did last about a day on moderate use so battery troubles doesn't seem to be it.
Any clues of a solution?
