Buddy Can't Send Texts

So my friend just got his Lumia 900, signed in, got it all set up and what-all, but when he sends a text, it shows up as sent on his phone, but nobody receives them. I'm guessing this is a service/SIM card issue since the rest of his phone is working fine. Any ideas? I told him he'd probably have to hard reset but obviously that isn't ideal.

Can he call people? Is the message center number correct? AT&T can answer him on that.. Perhaps its something wrong with his sim card...

If he is new at at&t and changing from another carrier and wants to keep his old number it can take sometime to be acctivated (its like that in Sweden)...

i just got my phone this morning and had the same issue. Turn it off than back on and all is good!

Turns out when they gave him a new micro LTE SIM, they took off text messaging from his plan. Dummies. Thanks for the replies!
