BUGS in Microsoft band health app for WP

its not in the app; for Windows Phone, you go to the store, look up Microsoft Health, click it when the search comes back, then slide over to the reviews screen; then click rate and review.

I posted previously...I noticed that installing the MS Health App causes my Lumia 1520.2 on DP to go from 25sec boot to an 80 sec boot, long lag on the Windows Logo boot screen. When I uninstall the app boot time goes back to 25sec so that confirms it's either the app or another installed app in conflict.
I have uninstalled a few apps one by one but no difference. Everything else about the app works fine, just wish Windows phone had a bootlog analyzer app so I could see what causes the hang.
