Build 14267 Windows Hello Broken

Since updating my SP3 to 14267 Windows Hello no longer works with Fingerprint. In fact, even with it turned on and registered, it is not an available sign-in option.

I'm on a Surface Pro 3. I did try reinstalling all drivers but same response. I'm pretty sure its a build issue since the hardware is working fine,
