My OS version is 8.10.15148.160
Is that Lumia Denim update? if not how could i upgrade to Lumia Denim, i heard that only from lumia Denim you can upgrade to Windows 10, will i be able?
my phone is up to date, i checked

See in Extras + info what's the version. If it says Lumia denim. Then u are upto date. Plus the 640 comes with denim only.

Lumia 640 launched with Denim on board.

Is your device carrier branded? That would mean a wait ti get the carrier to approve the upgrade to official W10M.
