Lumia 640 LTE Windows10. I'm currently on build 1511, I live in England and have noticed other users with build 1520. Is the 'build' release according to country or is a build update universal? Many thanks, drew.

There are two types of OS builds. One is the official release 10586.318 while the other is 14342.1004 for phones on fast insider program

You can check OS version by going to settings > system > about
Check under OS build

That's the latest official update for your phone. So you're good for now. The 14342.1004 build is for insiders which you can join if you like but there are several risks involved
