Business job card app

Sorry might be in the wrong area but I run a small service business and we use windows phones tablets and pcs and we are wanting an app that can communicate between them all, run on them all, and be synced to one drive or similar where if a technician goes to site he can fill out a form on an app which he fills out categories like:
Name
Client group
Date
Time taken
Time charged at
Materials used
Discount (enter % amount)
Notes
Job finished (tick box)
Job charged (tick box)

With the ability to view these job cards in a Calender view by date
Or by searching for:

Client name
Client group
Job finished
Job charged

I have seen similar apps for ios or android but nothing for windows? Has anyone seen something or can they make something??

From the description you gave, it sounds a bit similar to something I am making for work right now. I don't believe I have seen anything like this on Windows Phone (or on desktop Windows either). I could possibly make something for you. Send me a pm with some more details.
