Button combinations

Argh. I lost my notes (or url) to all the button combinations for the Lumia phones (for hard, soft resets, etc.). And my Bing-fu is weak this morning, anyone still have a link to that information? I vaguely remember it being a Nokia url.

Soft reset - volume down + power button for 10 seconds
Hard Reset - volume down + power button + camera button.
