Buying a Used Surface Studio?

I've been interested in buying the Surface Studio, but would prefer buying used. I haven't seen any "surface" on eBay that are used. Nothing showing up on Craigslist either. If anyone has any recommendation I'm all ears. Thanks!

The Studio is still relatively new as far as desktops go so I don't think any are remotely near their service life (esp. since I believe these are most popular where IT is equipping a group of designers) and with their high pricetag, I don't think anyone who bought one is looking to sell it anytime soon because of both the initial price and the thought required before parting with such money.
