If I buy a Lumia 822 off eBay/Amazon/Craigslist, do I need to ask the seller for both the ESN and IMEI numbers of the the phone? Does this particular phone even have both numbers???
Reason why I ask is because the 822 possesses a GSM radio that is sold unlocked, which allows this phone to be used on the AT&T and T-Mobile networks. So, could the ESN of a used 822 be clean on Verizon's database -- while at the same time -- its IMEI is blocked/blacklisted on AT&T's or T-Mobile's records?
