C00D11CD Issue

I signed up for the 14 day trial to make sure I want to purchase Zune and I keep getting this error when trying to play songs or videos through the Zune software.

I have read how to fix the issue but nothing works. Does anyone know how to get around this issue?

I can stream fine from my WP7 and from the web based version of Zune.
