Calendar not syncing

I just set up my Lumia 950 and I can't seem to sync my outlook calendar from my PC or BlackBerry Z30. I must be doing something wrong.
Also, If I invite myself to a meeting from the BB, it will arrive as an email on my PC and iPad. I can click on the attachment and add it to my calendar. On the Lumia no attachment appears so I can't add it to the calendar.

Calendars on the phone come from accounts you add.
