Calendar sync issue

After updating my L20 to WP8.1, the new calendar entries that I make in phone calendar appear one day earlier in my Windows 8.1 laptop calendar. Anybody got similar problem??

1. Check time zone in PC, +Outlook.com, and +other cloud services, +WP. Have to be the same (+Daylight saving time if present). 2. Is there any reminder in full day event? It moves calendar event to previous day (bug?)

I have checked the time zone in my laptop, L720 as well as on outlook.com.
Only thing that comes to my mind is that while updating the phone OS to WP8.1 developers preview I had changed the region to United States to check out Cortana. But I have changed it back later. Now all the devices as well as outlook.com are in Indian Standard Time.
