Call divert | How to ?

Hi,

In the 822, upon turning on call divert, all calls are diverted unconditionally. How can we conditionally divert calls in the 822 like we can in an Android ?

You call your carrier and ask them to set it for you. Or call you voicemail number and set it on automated system.

Is that necessary ? On my android, I can set diverts without having to call my carrier. Also, If I put the 822's SIM in the android, I'm able to divert conditionally.

Yes it is. Android is an open source OS where anyone can do anything, no monitoring, no restrictions or control.
Windows Phone has a secure OS where developers or manufacturers are not allowed access to a number of resources that may hurt user privacy or data.
