Call divert settings menu

Hi, does anyone else has the same issue when selecting the divert type?
When I choose the Call Settings menu to select the divert type, this menu starts to open and when it reaches the last option "When I can't be reached" it's immediately closed so I have no time to tap one of the four options for divert.
I have the latest version of Win 10 and Lumia 640. Mark
