Call Mic problem Nokia Lumia 1520

Can someone clarify where to place a piece of foam tape to alleviate this problem? Just changed the usb port and now the mic does not work on phone calls.

Directly over (on top of) the multi-pin connector at the end of the ribbon where it attaches to the board. It needs to be thick enough so that there is a constant pressure on the connector when the casing is resembled. I used 2 small squares of single sided foam tape, one on top of another to achieve the desired pressure. Been good for well over a year know.
