I hope you know that ios Android and WP are created in a way that recording a phone conversation is impossible. So basically with any call recording app, you need to turn on speaker, and a phone mic will record your voice, the voice that come out of speaker and every other noise around you. So don't keep your hope up.

but android phones all of them have built in call recording software, we can easily record calls, then why not on windows phone?

Not having the ability to record calls on a smartphone is sorta 'Dumb'. If it can be done on IOS or Android, market share will slip.

It's funny that the government can freely spy on you through your smartphone but you are not allowed to record your own calls

However, you can go around the limitation by recording calls through the bluetooth hedaset.
