As far as I know this feature only works on devices that shipped with win 10,Lumia 950 etc.

Look in: Phone --> Default Apps --> touch Choose apps --> scroll to the call recording option. (I have a 950xl)

Must be on the 950/xl only. Not on my 640.

It is on 650, must first enable by Phone settings
