Is call Recorder requires specific hardware or it's a feature of w10os in w10mobile? If it's not require specific hardware then can i expect this feature will be available all the official update received w10 mobile.

It is a feature of windows 10, no additional hardware is required but Microsoft has kept this feature exclusive for devices launched with windows 10 i.e. >lumia>550>650>950/xl

we could only hope for this feature to be available to older lumias, but we havent seen it yet on preview builds
