call responder application that control the incoming calls in user's busy schedule and send message to the caller.when user is in meeting if he activates this app it auomatically handle the user call and send message to the caller.
can u plzz how to do this application in windows phone

Not possible on Windows phone. Check Quite Hours in settings.
