Camera Focus

I am having a difficult time keeping the camera focused since updating yesterday. Doesn't seem to be the camera, since a couple photos have come out crystal clear. But the majority are out of focus. When reviewing the living images, it is clear that the photo initially starts out focused and crystal clear and then as I press the camera button, it goes out of focus and everything is blurry. Anyone experiencing this or just have an idea of what I may be doing wrong?
