Camera ID app/sign in for 8.1

I'm wondering if there is an app for a photo ID sign in for my Lumia 1520 running 8.1?
I have it on my laptop running the trial version of W10, and it works pretty good at least when it decides to activate.

Only pin password.

But this arrived today on w10 mobile.
