Camera in Lumia 830

Camera is not opening at all in my Lumia 830 using any applications I have installed. I have done soft reset to phone too But no result.
Any idea ? Is it a software problem or hardware problem.? If any how to solve.

Camera problem.

Camera is not opening at all in Lumia 830 using any applications. Any idea is I a software problem or any hardware issue.
When I restart phone sometimes it open but then after it freezes after 5-10 seconds.

are you using Lumia 5
make lumia 5 your default
maybe delete app go to store
and reinstall
works great for me

Are you saving pics on phone memory or SD card? Have you tried downloading a different camera app to try?

Make your backups. Do not do a hard reset. Instead, use Windows Phone Recovery Tool found here: How can I recover/reset/restore my phone software? - Microsoft - USA

With a fresh install, do not restore back up yet and do not allow backup... If the problem persists it is most likely hardware. Seek warranty repair or replacement.

If the problem is solved, Hard Reset and restore your backup. If the problem occurs again, it is software. You will have to root out the conflict by eliminating Apps starting with last in, first out.
