Camera in Lumia 950

How do I change to 20MP in camera app. I can only choose between 8 and 16MP.

Not, the camera sensor is 20Mp not the pictures. With the camera (sensor) you can take 16;9 or 4:3 pictures. To get this 2 formats the camera sensor has to be bigger to "fit" both sizes. 4:3 use 19 Mp and 16:9 use 16 Mp pixels of the sensor.
