camera not working on my nokia lumia 820

My camera has not been working on my nokia lumia 820 since the update which changed to lumia black .i can't take pictures or record videos what i see is a black screen,what is the use of a update when you can't use some of the functions on your phone?pls give me a solution because i have done soft reset and hard recent but no solution .thanks

Me also faced this problem today morning but after a soft reset it's solved

i did a soft reset but it did not work ,maybe i did not do it correctly .please how did you do your soft reset.thanks

Press and hold vol down + power button nearly for 10 sec !
After you feel a vibrate take off your hands
