Camera Problem for 1520

Does anyone have camera flicking when you open up the camera on 1520?

hey welcome here on wpcentral forums
can you please try to do a soft reset by pressing volume down + lock button at same time until your phone vibrates and reboot (ignore slide to power down screen )
or you can go to phone settings->swipe right (applications tab )->photos+camera->reset camera.
