Camera problem

When I launch the camera app it does not work. screen become green. it is MS lumia 532. I did a restore. but didn't work. it still green. I tried with other apps too. any solution? (BTW everything is updated)

It might be time to take it to a service center.

I have the same trouble with my Lumia 435 on Fast Ring.
Camera opens up green.
So its a job for a service center?
A soft reset at times will enable the camera to open normaly but the shutter button wont work.
Please tell me it will fix itself with the next update...or something besides a service center.

This happened to my Lumia 1020 at least twice, but I have never been in Fast Ring. Restarting the phone fixed it.

If restarting the phone doesn't work, then it appears to be a hardware problem already (as in the OP). But if restarting the phone still resolves the issue, it may just be a software issue (no need for service center).
