Camera shutter sound

Any one knows, is there an option to turn off the camera shutter sound on WP8.1 update?

Go into the Ringtones+Sounds settings. Third one down under "Play a sound for..."

I could be wrong, but it is illegal to turn off the camera sound in some countries - I believe the US is one of them !

Yes, that's before, not any more on the official 8.1 update.......
