Can a 1020 from ATT be used on NET10?

Yes. You just need to use the correct APN settings. Otherwise, nothing else is needed.

Just make sure you get a Net10 sim card that is compatible with AT&T phones and is the right size for the 1020.

No! Everything works but the MMS and group text, if you don't mind not be able to receive and send any MMS or group text, everything else works fine. you can make phone calls, use pretty fast internet, send or receive text messages without any problem. But just can't receive or send MMS.
I've tried every APN setting for net10 online, none of them works, for neither my Lumia 1020 nor Lumia 925.
