Can a Nokia phone running Windows 8 group chat with iOS users?

I am interested in the 929 (I hope it comes out soon :smile: ) and I am just curious if WP8 can group chat, and if it can, can I be in a group chat with a couple people who have iPhone's?

Yes, but some carriers turn it off by default, so you'll have to change it.

You can group text message, if that's what you mean. I have had a group text message conversation with a multiple friends who use Iphones for months.

But there is no iChat app for WP. So text message, yes. iChat, no.
