Can anyone help with a call barring Problem?

I am trying to take an call but it keeps displaying an error "your call barring setting don't allow a call on this number . disable call barring and try again later'i tried to find the option to diable call barring in setting but couldn't..can anyoner help me plzzzzzzz its urgent

go to SETTINGS >> CALL & SMS Filter & check those settings (perhaps, you have 'Block Withheld numbers' ON)
