Can anyone instruct me on how to enable Live TV through the U-Verse app?

I've logged in with my account credentials and can watch recently aired episodes. However, I do not see the option for Live Streaming. Has anyone gotten this to work for them?

The app just allows you to watch streaming content. At least that is what AT&T said.
