You are a very unlucky person.

There are currently no known viruses that infect Windows Phones and subsequently no anti-virus software, Windows Phone OS is a very secure OS.

that message is lying.
It's probably trying to scare you into doing something. (I don't know, maybe give it money to "fix" it?)
