Can Battery 1 charge Battery 2 on my SB?

I understand Bat 1 is the high capacity one in the Keyboard, while Bat 2 is the smaller one in the screen.
When not plugged into AC, with a low Bat 2, if I attach it, will a full Bat 1 up-charge Bat 2?

Unless there was a changed added to the performance base. Even then, it is a bad idea due to inefficiencies.
