Can Cortana open any notebook in one note?

Hi, honestly, I find one note a pain to use on my phone (I do use it on my surface). But I can see it being useful if Cortana can open any notebook I have in the cloud.

So...will I be able to say (or type) when I'm out and about, add this rug to notebook living room redecorating? And will I be able to add a picture?

Well Daniel and Joe both tried to tell us or better yet tried to convince us that Cortana is woven throughout the entire OS so theoretically this might be possible.. This pretty much looks like a "reminder" which they both discussed at length so it might be possible.. Plus i kinda like onenote it's pretty handy for just that.. notes lol

But ultimately this might be one of those questions we can answer after april 14th... Why do the days suddenly seem longer :/
