Can Cortana quiet hour recognize my calendar to block incoming call while I am in meeting?

The subject explains pretty much what I try to say. I have multiple calendars on my phone, I would like to block incoming calls for certain calendars if the time window is blocked.
 
Yes, unless either A) The person is in your inner circle, or B) they call three times in a row (I think that can be changed?).
 
No, it does not seem to work this way. I tried to call myself in a meeting. And the phone rang.
 
I think you need to set your calendar entry to "busy." I used to do that while I was in class, and it seemed to do the trick.

Open Cortana and then click on Hamburger menu on the right hand top side. Then select quiet hours from the menu and you should see the screen below with the option "Turn on when I have a calendar event marked Busy".. Tick that option and set your respective calendar events to Busy.

@hardywang: I believe this extremely valuable feature is MIA in WP10 so far. Its lack will prevent me from upgrading.
