No, there is no jailbreak of the HTC 8X. Anything that has been posted about is untrue.

No jailbreak of WP exists. Maybe one day but no idea when.

Actually it does. The Huaweii Ascend W1 and the Samsung Ativ S can be jail broken for sure. The Lumias are progressing towards that point.
