Can I attach a modem to the ATIV 7 Tab usb port ?

I have a samsung ATIV 7 tab that has no 3G function nor sim card insert. Can I attach a mobile modem to the usb port ?

If it can accept tethering then yes. If it can have wifi then turn internet sharing on your phone and link it up
