Can I change my default browser?

IE for some reason doesn't let me scroll. Just recently started happening & I can't figure it out. So got the new UC BROWSER & was wondering if I could make it my default one. Anybody?

No, it is not possible to change a default browser.

Have you tried a soft reset to see if it fixes the scrolling issue in IE?

What is a soft reset? Still new to this

Hold lock+volume down till the phone vibrates and switches off, I guess it'll do the restarting part by itself.

Try it and please post the results.

Also, next time you open the browser go into its settings and clear/delete history.
