can i do a warm hand-over

Hi, does anyone know whether, using a Lumia (8.1 or 10), you can transfer a call to a 3rd-party with a warm hand-over? i.e. "hi Bob, i have Sue on the call and i'm transferring her call to you now". thanks a lot, Jon

I frankly have never heard of that feature and I don't think it can do that...?
