can i do affiliate marketing inside my phone app?

excuse my ignorance- i am still a newby to app development.

i have a fitness app and am interested in affiliate marketing to generate some money.

i am not sure of the msft terms and conditions for such features.

if this is allowed, do you recommend any companies out there?
