Can I download files that are larger than 5 GB (Windows 8.1 tablet)?

can i download a file which exceeds 5 GB. on my win 8.1 tablet.
And also is there a file manager to view it.

If you have 8.1 desktop on your tablet you can download anything that will fit available storage. I assume it would go to an SD card?

You can use File Browser same as on a PC...
