Can i download the app in PC and install it in phone using SD card?

Can I download app from the store and move that file ind SD card. and using that SD card can i install it in my phone. can it possible in windows phone??

If you're running Windows Phone 8.1, there is an option to install new apps on the SD card. If you go into Settings and then Storage Sense, you should see the option there.
