Can I fix my power button, the rubber came off?

with the lumia 521 I tried to get the power button to work and the rubber cameoff I want to know if it is possible to fix

A little more information would be helpful .

A) Did you open the phone (as in disassembled it etc)?

or

B) Are you taking about the back removable cover?
