The screen is broken and looks like black with rainbows all I can see is the top and is super glitchy is it the inside or just the screen? Windows 10 also

What kind of computer is this? Has anything happened that would've caused this issue?

Judging from just your information, I would wager either the display itself or a cable is damaged. Whether you can fix it depends on what device it is.
