Sorry but flashing roms to get access to bands is more than likely not going to work. I wouldn't recommend it..

Try it and see. And let us know...I'm not certain if anyone's tried yet. You can always re-Flash back. But you might get stopped while flashing manually depending on the integrity/security/signature checks in place between the two variants.

I understand. You know, when playing with my old Moto X, I can only flash the base band only to see if it works. It's just not easy on a Windows Phone and it doesn't have many fans digging the tricks.
