Can I forward text messages from my Nexus 7 tablet through my windows phone?

I have a Nokia Lumia 521 with 8.1. I doubt you can do this but I figured I would ask anyways. I also have a Nexus 7 tablet with lollipop 5.0. Is there any way to send and receive text messages through my tablet? Perhaps via bluetooth or wifi? My tablet doesn't have a cellular plan but I was thinking I could somehow possibly "forward" the text message from my tablet to my phone to send.
