Roll back to 8.1 not working
I wanted to revert back to 8.1 on my PC because several things are not working that I want.
I tried going back to 8.1. It said I had to delete the administrator account I had created in Win 10. There is no way to do that where I can see in Settings. It does not show an administrator in my users.
I discussed this this with Microsoft's answer desk and they could not resolve it either.
