Can I get some help with a back up issue?

back up issue

my lumia 730 has a problem with backing up of data. It frequently stops at certain peercentages such as 13%, 21%, etc..
i had tried the options of putting a low clarity lock screen and theme etc.. but still the problem occures.
now a new problem have arrives that many of my apps are not working.
Please help me with the issue as early as possible. Because i cant do anything without my lumia

Try deleting older backup under backup > manage backups and then click delete.
